These terms govern your use of ReceiptTax, an app published by Esipick LLC ("Esipick," "we"). By downloading or using ReceiptTax, you agree to these terms.

The app

ReceiptTax lets you scan receipts, extract merchant, date, tax and total using on-device text recognition, organize them by category, and export them as CSV or PDF. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

Free and Pro tiers

ReceiptTax offers a free tier (5 receipt scans per week, basic editing, export limited to the last 7 days) and ReceiptTax Pro, a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited scans, export of any date range, PDF summary export, and custom categories.

Subscriptions

ReceiptTax Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or annually depending on the plan you choose, at the price shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play listing at the time of purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies; we do not process payments or refunds directly.

ReceiptTax is a record-keeping and organization tool. It is not tax advice, not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice, and is not affiliated with the IRS or any other tax authority. You're responsible for verifying the accuracy of scanned data and for your own tax filings.

Your data

Receipts and exports you create in the app are stored on your device and are your responsibility to back up. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we and our service providers handle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ReceiptTax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Text recognition may be inaccurate; always review extracted data before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esipick LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccuracies in scanned data or reliance on exports for tax filings.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
